The South Care Lodge
Recently we have added the South Care Lodge in Hastings for those who need SRS or consistent care. This has allowed for clients to surround themselves in a community while also having their own space. The South Care Lodge consists of 28 rooms and also has a range of amenities for its clients. The Lodge is located right next to various shops, medical facilities and practitioners, beaches, parks and much more, which is why it has become very popular.

Eastern Care began its journey as a disability care provider over 4 years ago. Since then we have assisted with the growth and development of a countless number of individuals. Today, we care for a range of clients around the South East Suburbs of Victoria, while also housing over 20 participants in our lodge in Hastings Victoria. Recently we have also began a new project of housing more participants in a residential house in Mornington will full time care.
Devsiri is our new owner who was a nurse for over 16 years and has a vast amount of experience and understanding within the industry. Since 2018 he has been the owner of Eastern Care and has helped develop it into something special.
Our team of experienced and dedicated staff members work tirelessly to ensure that each and every one of our participants receives the care and support they need to live their lives to the fullest.
Our services include personal care, home support, community access, respite care and a range of other duties. We also offer a range of accommodation options, including our purpose-built Southcare Lodge and Morington house, which provides a safe and comfortable home for individuals with disabilities.
We are proud to be recognised and appreciated as one of the most passionate and dedicated support teams by our participants. We also deliver services and care to help your loved ones live the life they deserve. Eastern Care is advocating for a better life to those who need it most!

NDIS
Eastern care is NDIS registered!!
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides financial support to eligible people with a disability to assist with a range of needs. This may include the development of new skills, assistance with jobs, access to time with family and friends, volunteering in their community and all around improved quality of life.
The NDIS was launched in Australia in 2013 and has been rolled out progressively across the country. The NDIS now supports over 500,000 Australians with a disability and provides the support for these individuals to achieve more.

The Steps
Contact Eastern Care
The first step in applying to be a participant is to contact Eastern Care directly. You can do this by calling our main office or sending an email through our website.
Schedule an Assessment
Once you have made initial contact with Eastern Care, we will schedule an assessment to determine your eligibility for our services. During this assessment, a member of our team will discuss your needs and goals with you, and assess your eligibility for our services.
Determine Your Funding Options
Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for funding from various sources, such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or other government programs. Our team can help you explore your funding options and assist you in applying for funding if necessary.
Develop a Care Plan
Once you have been accepted as a participant, we will work with you to develop a care plan that meets your unique needs and goals. This plan will outline the types of services you will receive, the frequency of those services, and any other details necessary to ensure you receive the best possible care.
Begin Receiving Services
Once your care plan has been developed, you can begin receiving services from Eastern Care and Southcare Lodge. Our experienced and compassionate staff will work with you to ensure your needs are met and that you receive the highest quality care.
